I provide online appointments and work Tuesday to Friday however, I can be flexible if these days and times are not convenient for you.

Please note, I'm not registered to see AxA, Aviva or Vitality health clients.

An initial assessment costs £250 and lasts 60-90 minutes

An individual therapy session costs £120 and lasts approx. 60 mins.
CBT Therapy packages are at a reduced rate:

An individual 60 min consultation fee: £120 or a block of 3 consultations fee: £330.

Specialist coaching: £95 for 60 minutes or £145 for 90 minutes

Individual payment is required in advance of your appointment/s and made by debit or credit card.
